Rock Bridge Memorial State Park Trails & Facilities Picnic areas, picnic shelters, a playground, a primitive special use camping area for non-profit groups and an orienteering course are among a few of the facilities available at Rock Bridge Memorial State Park. General information regarding the park can be found at the park web site.
For Hikers and Bicyclers: Designated trails to hike or bike. Visit the park web site or the park office for maps and the rules of the trails. Biking is only allowed when trail conditions permit. Helmets are required. The Trail Condition Hotline, (573) 442-2249, allows you to know before you leave home whether the trails are open or closed to bicycling.
For Equestrians: The Gans Creek Wild Area is available for horseback riding from June 1 through October 31, weather permitting. Please call 573-442-2249 for current trail conditions.
For Cross-country skiers: Are welcome throughout the park when the snow cover is sufficient. The Grassland and High Ridge trails are highly recommended, as these trail surfaces have less exposed rock under marginal snow conditions.
